Particularly in Life Coaching, my training as a psychology graduate and the quality standards derived from that are a guarantee of expertise and professionalism in dealing with your issues.
At the beginning of any coaching process stands the clarification of an objective. At every session, we work out a sub target and review progress at the end. The coaching, depending on the complexity of the issue, takes from one to six sessions. Sometimes, a longer process is beneficial.
