I have been supporting people and companies in transition since 2006. As a Master Certified Coach (MCC), I am certified at the highest level by the International Coaching Association (ICF).
Twelve years’ experience in the Human Resources Department of a major German bank and an American high-tech company give me a deep understanding of the corporate world in which my clients are active.
As a graduate psychologist (Marburg University and Frankfurt am Main University), I have learned to understand the person as a complex entity. Dies befähigt mich, fundiert und qualifiziert meine Klienten mit all ihren Facetten und ihrem Potential zu sehen. Und mit ihnen Veränderungen anzustoßen.
