Coaching Supervision
As a certified coach supervisor, I offer coaches the opportunity to reflect on their coaching practice with me during supervision. Content is “everything from the world of coaches”, such as the dynamics between coach and coachee, maintaining one’s own performance, working on one’s own blind spots, ethical questions, etc.
Coaching supervision is becoming increasingly important for the ICF. As part of re-certifications, 10 hours of supervision are now recognized as relevant to further training.
Mentoring
As part of an ICF certification (ACC, PCC, MCC) it is mandatory to take 10 mentor hours. As a mentor, I reflect with my mentees on their coaching skills based on the framework of the ICF core competencies using tape recordings of recorded coaching sessions. The goal at the end of the mentoring is for mentees to have developed their coaching skills to such an extent that they achieve the desired certification and are one step further in their professionalization.
As an ICF MCC, I am authorized to offer mentoring for all three certification levels.
I also offer mentoring for re-certifications.
